User Agreement for Registered Users

1. Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

2. Code of Conduct

As a registered user, you agree to:

  • Treat other users with respect
  • Not harass, bully, or threaten others
  • Not use offensive language or imagery
  • Not spam or advertise unauthorized content
  • Not share or distribute inappropriate content
  • Play fairly without cheating or exploiting bugs

3. Game Rules

Users must not:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Exploit game bugs or glitches
  • Manipulate the marketplace or economy
  • Share account credentials
  • Reverse engineer or modify game code

4. Trading and Marketplace

  • All trades are final once completed
  • Users are responsible for verifying transactions
  • We do not mediate disputes between users
  • Fraudulent trading may result in account suspension

5. Premium Features

If you purchase premium features:

  • All sales are final unless required by law
  • Premium benefits are non-transferable
  • We may modify or discontinue premium features
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. User Content

When you submit content (names, messages, etc.):

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a license to use it within the Game
  • You confirm you have rights to submit the content
  • You agree not to submit copyrighted material without permission

7. Privacy and Data

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to:

  • Our collection of gameplay data
  • Use of cookies and tracking technologies
  • Email communications about the Game

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Harm other users or the Game
  • Remain inactive for extended periods

You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

  • First, contacting our support team
  • If unresolved, through arbitration in the UK
  • Governed by the laws of England and Wales

10. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified via email.
