Critter Builders is a browser-based creature collection and breeding game operated by Critter Builders Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. The Game allows users to collect, combine, and trade virtual creatures.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Intellectual Property

All games, creatures, graphics, code, and content created by Critter Builders are owned by Critter Builders Ltd. Users may not use any game content for commercial purposes without written permission. All rights reserved.

5. User Content

By submitting content to the Game, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Game.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Critter Builders Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
